All the info on how we get your lovely items to you.

We hope that we’re able to meet your needs when it comes to getting your items to you, however if you have any questions at all on our delivery policy please don’t hesitate to get in touch via where the team will be happy to answer any questions you may have. 


For online purchases we offer delivery via Royal Mail to UK mainland addresses only.

Delivery is free on orders over £50, otherwise we only pass on the delivery costs that we are charged by Royal Mail.

All packages are sent out 2nd class as standard. We aim for a same day dispatch on orders placed before 12pm on working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). 

If you require your package more urgently than the timeline specified at checkout then please do get in touch and we will offer you the best service we can. We aim to ensure all items arrive at their destination within the indicated timeframe at checkout, however we will not be liable should there be a delay in delivery that is outside of our control. 


You are welcome to collect your order from our Wimborne studio. Should you wish to do this, please choose the collection option and checkout, and get in touch with us at to arrange a time to collect.

Please note, the studio is a workspace not a retail space. Our core opening hours are 9:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday, however we are often open outside of these times and on occasion will not be open to the public. 


We strive to ensure everything we do is as eco-friendly as possible, and this includes our packaging. Many of our packaging materials are therefore re-used, so please bear this in mind when you receive your delivery. Alternatively we only source packaging that has been made of recycled materials and is also recyclable or more likely biodegradable (although we recommend re-using all materials as much as possible!)


We reserve the right to cancel any order made via either prior to or after payment has been made.

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us via as soon as possible. If the item has not been dispatched there will be no charge for cancellation. However, if the item has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item in its original condition before a full refund will be issued. Once the item has been received the price of the item will be refunded within 5 working days. This will not include the original postage costs or the costs incurred to return the item.


Should there be an issue with the delivery of your item we will do our utmost to rectify this for you. We aim to provide the best customer service possible and will discuss the best course of action with you should a problem arise.
