Small parcel delivery service
For online purchases of smaller items we provide delivery to all mainland UK addresses via 1st or 2nd class delivery with tracking. Costs for delivery are listed at checkout. Items will be dispatched the day after purchase unless this is not possible. We aim to ensure all items arrive at their destination within the indicated timeframe at checkout, however we will not be liable should there be a delay in delivery that is outside of our control. Please contact us if you require a combined cost for multiple items or an expedited service.
Large furniture delivery options
Click & Collect
This option is available to allow you to arrange your own collection of the purchased item(s). This allows you the freedom to choose the best service for you. It can be a handy option if you’re not in a particular rush, as some services such as shiply and uship allow for cheaper courier fees in return for flexibility on collection dates
Free Local delivery
We offer free delivery services to all the BH postcodes in Dorset. If you select this option at checkout we will be in touch shortly after purchase to arrange a delivery date. Please allow 2 weeks for a mutually convenient delivery date to be agreed upon.
We strive to ensure everything we do is as eco-friendly as possible, and this includes our packaging. Many of our packaging materials are therefore re-used, so please bear this in mind when you receive your delivery. Alternatively we only source packaging that has been made of recycled materials and is also recyclable or more likely biodegradable (although we recommend re-using all materials as much as possible!)
Order cancellations & returns
We reserve the right to cancel any order made via www.oldgreen.co.uk either prior to or after payment has been made.
If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the item has not been dispatched there will be no charge for cancellation. However, if the item has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item in its original condition before a full refund will be issued. Once the item has been received the price of the item will be refunded within 5 working days. This will not include the original postage costs or the costs incurred to return the item.
As we always use a tracked delivery method, should anything happen to your item in transit we are happy to provide a refund once the claim has been processed by these services. If an item is damaged on collection, either personally or via a privately arranged courier, we are not responsible should there be any damage or loss to the item.
