In the cosy, warm and welcoming environment of our studio, join us for a few hours of creative time where you can shut out the stresses of the outside world and focus on the rhythmic knotting patterns of macrame – busying your hands and quietening your mind.

Gemma will guide you though the basics of knot tying while regaling you with the origins and interwoven stories of this fascinating craft. Once you’ve mastered the basics you will immerse yourself in your first project – creating one of our unique hanging candle holders in your choice of our recycled cord colours (brick, khaki or natural).

Our workshops are small and intimate, ensuring that each participant receives personalised attention. All materials are included along with some lovely treats to keep you going, and you will take away your own hanger along with one of our handmade recycled glass domes or planters of your choice. Also includes a step by step guide for you to take away and continue testing out your new found skills at home.
