CANDLE REFILL SERVICE
We’re big on reuse here at Old Green. Not only do we craft our candle jars from waste materials, we encourage you to reuse or return them to us and we’ll get them back into production, and give you green points for your efforts!
We believe in sustainability, which is why we offer a candle refill and reuse scheme to help you return your empty containers with ease. Whether you bring them back in person, drop them off with a stockist, or send them by post (on us!), we’ll clean, refill, and reuse them—keeping materials in circulation and rewarding you for making an eco-friendly choice.
IN PERSON
Returning your empty candle jars in person is the easiest way to take part. You can bring them to any of the markets, fairs, and events we attend throughout the year, or visit our studio in Wimborne.
When you return containers at the studio, you’ll receive 15% off your purchase, plus a discount on your candle refill when you shop with us.
THROUGH OUR STOCKISTS
Several of our stockists take part in our candle refill scheme, allowing you to drop off your empties directly in-store. Some even offer a discount on your next candle when you return your container!
Because participation varies, we recommend checking with the store first before bringing in your empties.
BY POST
Returning by post is easy—and we cover the shipping!
To make the most of your return, we reward larger batch returns with Green Points, which can be used as store credit. Here’s how it works:
- You’ll earn £3 in Green Points per large container and £1 per small container.
- The first 3 Green Points go towards covering the return postage.
- After that, all additional points are yours to spend on future purchases.
