Team Away Day Experiences in Dorset
Creative, seasonal sessions for teams looking to reconnect, recharge, and celebrate — with woodland on the doorstep.
Looking for a more meaningful kind of team away day or Christmas party?
At Old Green’s studio in rural Dorset, we host craft-led experiences designed to help your team slow down, reconnect, and return to work refreshed. Whether you’re planning a Christmas celebration, a seasonal reset, or a creative team building day, we can help you shape something memorable.
Surrounded by trees and wildflowers, our light-filled studio offers calm, thoughtful space away from the usual routine — ideal for small businesses, creative teams, and values-led organisations.
Why Creative Experiences Are Good for Business
In an always-on world, it’s rare to carve out time for reflection, creativity, or connection.
Our seasonal sessions create space to:
- Reconnect with nature and each other
- Boost wellbeing and spark fresh thinking
- Step away from screens and into a slower pace
- Share a memorable, hands-on experience
What Your Team Day Could Look Like
Most groups join us for a morning or afternoon class, with the option to build a longer experience around it.
Each session includes:
A hands-on creative workshop (e.g. candle making, natural scent blending, recycled paper making, candle or glass painting)
All materials and guidance provided
Seasonal tea and local coffee on arrival
You can also:
Bring lunch or order from a local caterer
Take a woodland walk or spend time in the grounds
Use the studio space for informal meetings
Add a second creative session or seasonal element (e.g. Christmas wreath making)
The studio hosts up to 20 guests. Free on-site parking available.
